The Role We are looking for candidates with great communication skills, who are organised, timely and professional. Looking for an entry to mid-level sales position in the financial services industry. A financial services background or experience is not required. Those with strong sales skills do exceptionally well . Some industries that transition well include; charities, telesales, insurance & hospitality. You will be trained on the following: Lender products, policies, guidelines and what is required for each How to compare and present suitable products and loan structures that will fit the customer's or business needs How to assess deals on a consumer and commercial level Reviewing bank statements and credit scores The role requires effective communication with clients via phone/text/email on a timely basis with the goal of collecting required information for a successful application and approval. You will be expected to provide a suite of knowledge and solutions to the clients you speak with, aiming to help them reach their funding goals. You will be directly supported by multiple departments and team members to ensure smooth and steady training with ongoing mentorship to ensure confidence and growth. What is expected of you: General job duties include: Develop, manage, and convert new/existing clients in your pipeline by maintaining a successful daily call cycle and meeting activity requirements Retention and service of existing suppliers/referrers/clients Hitting KPI monthly targets including calls, activities completed and settlement amounts Providing support to the credit team and management teams in the areas of follow up calls (retention), customer service and supplier liaison Establish referral partners & new client opportunities (internally & externally) Make a difference, we are helping Australian businesses grow.
