Lovisa Opportunity: Leasing Executive for the Lovisa stores in Singapore and Malaysia Negotiation of New Sites across the Singapore and Malaysia portfolio Negotiation of renewals of existing store network Sourcing and securing mid lease abatements / rent reductions Advising stakeholders on property-related issues in Singapore and Malaysia Gaining and maintaining a strong network across both landlords and retailers Determining sales expectations of new stores to ensure the sales versus rent ratio is sustainable Manage the lease renewal process to Lovisa's advantage Construct other tactical and strategic actions that ensure occupancy and IRR objectives are met Regular interstate travel to secure new sites and inspect existing store network Ensuring the EBITDA of the company is growing with each deal Dealing with any other ad hoc property-related matters from time to time Be committed to integrity, honesty, innovation, accuracy, efficiency, and enthusiasm in everything you do Be open, flexible, and coachable to maximize your learning and development Maintain a high level of professional conduct and appearance at all times Lovisa Loves: A can-do attitude with the following skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Great attention to detail Highly motivated individual with an appetite to learn Excellent time management abilities The ability to multitask A result-driven attitude Excel – Intermediate to advanced level Windows and other Microsoft Office products – Intermediate to advanced level Experience with a property management software application (preferably LeaseEagle) Lovisa Perks: Enjoy these perks when you join Lovisa!
