Responsibilities Take ownership of and manage your own portfolio! Participate in the end-to-end process including, but not limited to, ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports and routine inspections. Ensure legislative requirements are met and upheld. No Trust Accounting required. Qualifications Passionate about Property Management and Customer Service Property Manager Experience Hold a current QLD sales Registration Certificate Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle. Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving. Pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery. Always looking to grow and develop.
