Flare Real Estate Caulfield North, Victoria, Australia We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Flare Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent people skills, and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience. Key Responsibilities Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions. Property Listings: Assist sellers in pricing their properties and listing them for sale. Take photographs, write descriptions, and manage online and offline advertising. Property Sales & Marketing: Organise property showings, open houses, and market the property through various channels to attract potential buyers or renters. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, property values, and the local real estate landscape to provide accurate information to clients. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, acting in the best interest of your clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Legal & Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Document Handling: Prepare and review all relevant real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures. Customer Service: Provide a high level of service, responding to client queries promptly, and guiding them through the entire real estate transaction process. Networking: Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate industry, including investors, builders, mortgage lenders, and other real estate professionals. Skills & Qualifications Real Estate Licence: Must hold a valid real estate agent’s licence. (Agents Rep) Experience: Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present properties persuasively. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Customer-Centric: Ability to listen to and understand client needs, and provide personalised solutions. Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with real estate management software and digital marketing tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve issues efficiently.
