Additional Responsibilities: Gather information about potential homes and local communities to answer buyer questions. Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients and listing agents in a timely fashion. Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets. Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal for a pleasant and fair transaction. Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service. Lead follow-up and set appointments. Execute consultations. Qualifications: Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car. Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly. Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently. Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth.
