The team at MLEI Consulting Engineers have an exciting opportunity for you to start your career in the role of Receptionist and Admin Support in our brand-new office situated in the hub of Adelaide’s CBD. (Within walking distance to the iconic Adelaide Central Markets!) RESPONSIBILITIES Typing and formatting borelogs. Preparing and issuing structural certificates. Scheduling and coordinating site inspections. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contact. Respond to vendor information requests and ensure timely delivery of information. Organise and set up events and catering. Provide general assistance to the admin team as required. Handle ad hoc tasks such as mail runs, catering pick-up, and urgent requests. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Project Management and Accounting software preferred Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Valid Driver’s license preferred Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2-4 years experience undertaking a similar role is essential Ability to multitask and prioritise. Experience with Project Management and Accounting software an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to provide assistance with other administrative duties Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
