The successful applicant will be well presented, with good confidence and communication skills. This position will be part of an administration team who work cohesively in supporting the day-to-day operations and the Body Corporate Managers. The position's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering incoming phone calls, directing enquiries and taking messages General reception and administration duties Greeting clients and visitors in an efficient, professional and friendly manner Scheduling and following up with clients regarding appointments, meetings, etc. Attending to any reasonable work requests made by Directors and Portfolio Managers Assisting co-workers where possible Assisting in preparation of meeting agendas and minutes Filing, monitoring and distributing incoming emails Liaising with clients and contractors and issuing work orders Keeping work area and reception clean and tidy This position is available for an immediate start.
