Job description: Admin / Service Advisor Reporting to the Manager, your job will include: Answering phone calls & taking bookings for vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance. Scheduling and allocating work for the mechanics. Sourcing & ordering parts, preparing quotes, and taking payment. Social posts, advertising & marketing. Takes pride in their presentation & cleanliness. Holds a current driver’s license. Is reliable, honest, and punctual. Can work unsupervised. Experience in the automotive industry, Xero, Servicem8 system, Microsoft Word/Excel, Navigator Pro would be a bonus. Experience or willingness to learn online marketing (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Gumtree, WordPress, SEO) is also desirable.
