About the Role: ALS Environmental is poised for growth and requires a motivated and collaborative full-time Receptionist/Data Administration Officer to manage the administration of the office within a small, supportive team at our well-established facility in Springvale. You will be a highly motivated person with good ability to deliver excellent customer service. In this multi-faceted role, you will assist with administrative duties, prioritise data entry and reporting and support the Client Services team. The Day to Day: The successful applicants will undertake a range of duties including the following: Attend telephone and face-to-face enquiries Ensure efficient administration of all aspects of the office Ensure prioritisation of data entry and reporting Develop a good understanding of ALS procedures and work instructions Liaise with internal and external clients Client invoicing Ordering of consumables and stationery Liaising with couriers and arranging collections Compiling bottle orders and reanalysis requests Comply with all WHS requirements and identify any unsafe work practices The Essentials: The successful applicant will possess the following skills and abilities: Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment Superior organisational abilities High levels of accuracy and numeracy skills Microsoft Office intermediate skills – Excel & Word Working at ALS Our people drive our success at ALS.
