Job Description

A fulltime position is available for a dedicated individual to join the team as a receptionist/office administrator in our busy workshop office. Our progressive and rapidly expanding business is based in Kelso servicing Bathurst and surrounding areas in Central West of NSW. We are a leading supplier of quality and reliable Hydraulic and Engineering products and services. Our company is an incredibly fast-paced, rapidly growing business with a good team environment. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Greeting customers Answering telephone calls Actioning emails Filing, scanning & archiving Receiving, recording and storing freight Reordering stock Applicants must possess good interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication, have strong computer skills with a high focus on attention to detail and time management. A can-do attitude and the ability to work fast, efficiently, and cohesively within a team environment is essential. We are seeking someone with lots of energy, enthusiasm, and who shows initiative.
