Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Recreation Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is a 20 min drive from Ulu r u, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.The recreation centre is a place where our Yulara community members can come to unwind in our upstairs reading area, work on their fitness journey with classes, basketball games, weights, gym facilities, and includes a 25m lap pool. We aim to have a welcoming and encouraging space for all community members to promote health, wellbeing and social connection.In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Recreation Centre, Community Pool, and associated facilities.We are seeking a friendly experienced personal trainer (or group fitness instructor) with a passion to motivate and encourage our members of all fitness levels. You will have previous experience in leading a small team, designing and implementing a variety of recreational programs, activities and strong administration experience.To be successful for this position you will need to hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate, Bronze Medallion and qualified with a Certificate III or IV in Fitness.
