About the Role As a Recruitment Advisor, you will report to the Human Resource Business Partners and collaborate with our hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs of their teams and develop strategies to support the attraction of top candidates. This role will play a key role in our Graduate Pathway program, supporting the organisation as we strive to be the graduate pathway of choice within SA within our industry. Key Responsibilities: Developing effective recruitment strategies to attract key talent for corporate, clerical, and technical roles. Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process with candidates and hiring managers. Conducting company orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process. Assist in developing effective recruitment processes to streamline and improve internal efficiencies. Provide coaching/training to managers and supervisors on candidate selection techniques. Contribute to strategic projects that leverage your expertise and support People & Culture initiatives. Conducting necessary background checks, reference checks and pre-employment checks as required. Assisting in the review of existing and new policies and procedures. To be successful in this role, you will have: 3-5 years’ experience in a recruitment role, experience recruiting medical professionals preferrable but not necessary. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in identifying and addressing recruitment needs. Able to work autonomously and collaborate with others. The ability to adapt and grow with business development and change. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
