Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant | Wealth Management / Financial Planning Opportunity to join a growing team within Charterhouse's newest office in Brisbane. The Role In this role, you will undertake full 360 recruitment for your own desk, launching, building, and eventually managing our Financial Planning/Wealth Management space in QLD. Once your desk is established, you will be responsible for hiring and training your own team. A typical day includes the following responsibilities: Full 360 recruitment role - candidate management, client management, and job management. Meeting clients to discuss their business needs and future plans. Building relationships with clients and understanding their working culture. Writing job advertisements and posting on job boards and social media platforms. Identifying and targeting the best candidates through various methods, including headhunting and networking. Discussing career opportunities with candidates and advising them on the best career path. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews. Managing the offer process, including completing references. Attending regular training sessions. Attending client meetings and lunches. About You: A keen interest in building a career in recruitment. At least 12 months of experience in agency recruitment with a proven billing track record. Excellent communication skills.
