What You'll Be Doing: You’ll be the backbone of our recruitment process , supporting the People & Culture Team to bring talented people into our organization. Here's a snapshot of what your day-to-day will look like: Document management and reporting : From formatting to compiling reports, you'll keep everything running smoothly. Onboarding new talent : Be part of the process that introduces new team members to our incredible culture. Creating contracts & variations : Craft clear and professional documents for our new hires. Job ads & interview prep : Help us attract the best candidates through compelling recruitment ads and coordination of interviews. Pre-employment checks : Ensure our new hires meet all the right criteria and background checks. Continuous improvement : Work with the team to develop processes that ensure efficiency and excellence across the board. Liaise with managers & departments : Act as the bridge between the People & Culture team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. This isn’t just an admin role – you’ll have the chance to make an impact at every stage of the recruitment journey, from creating job ads to onboarding and everything in between! Selection Criteria: Certificate IV (or working towards) in Human Resource Management . Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (experience in labour hire or recruitment sectors highly regarded). Demonstrated high attention to detail , strong initiative, and ability to meet deadlines with accuracy. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel essential). Excellent communication skills , self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organisational and time management skills .
