The ideal person for this role would be autonomous, self-motivated, have a Sales & Business Development focus and a dependable desire to deliver expectations across the entire team. You'll manage a team P&L, budgets and targets whilst making placements of your own. Requirements for this role Senior experience as an agency recruiter. Demonstrable successes delivering above budget and exceeding targets. Highly skilled sales and Business Development capability. Natural leadership capabilities and ability to manage a team.
