Our client, a commercial sector organisation, is seeking a Recruitment and Human Resources Administrator to join their team in an inner south suburb of Canberra. Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing HR team in the commercial sector? Join as a Recruitment & Human Resources Administrator and take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting HR functions. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various business entities. Post jobs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies. Provide comprehensive administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare recruitment documentation, manage interview schedules, and provide interview feedback. Assist HR team with day-to-day tasks such as diary management and staff initiatives. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders. Proven experience in recruitment (3+ years) or HR support roles. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Team player with the ability to work autonomously. High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Experience with HR systems (training will be provided if necessary). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must pass a pre-employment medical assessment and police check for security clearance.
