The Office for People (O4P) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to the attraction, retention, development, and management of academic and professional staff in the University. Experience with HRIS systems and a solid understanding of Australian employment law are highly valued. This is a Full Time, Fixed-Term position to May 2026, based at either Parramatta South or Hawkesbury Campus , noting that initially you will undergo training at our Hawkesbury Campus , upon completion you will have the flexibility to work from other Western Campus.
