The Office for People (O4P) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to the attraction, retention, development, and management of academic and professional staff in the University. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. About You We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You're passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy building strong relationships. You have a strong foundation in HR principles and a proven ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism. You're a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. Experience with HRIS systems and a solid understanding of Australian employment law are highly valued. Most importantly, you're a team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a thriving workplace. This is a Full Time, Fixed-Term position to May 2026, based at either Parramatta South or Hawkesbury Campus , noting that initially you will undergo training at our Hawkesbury Campus , upon completion you will have the flexibility to work from other Western Campus.
