The School has extensive collaborations with public, Catholic, and independent schools in Western and South-Western Sydney provide a dynamic foundation for both teaching and research.About the Opportunity The School of Education is seeking an accomplished Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer, Early Childhood Education to join our expanding, dynamic and innovative team.In this role, the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer will make a significant contribution to the development of future early childhood educators by leading teaching, curriculum development, and research in early childhood education. The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer will also have the opportunity to supervise Masters and PhD students, mentor early-career researchers, and foster collaborations with industry partners to drive impactful education research.The School of Education is committed to supporting its academic staff in achieving research excellence. The School will support the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to make significant contributions to high-quality research, publish in leading national and international journals, and secure competitive external research funding.This is a full-time, ongoing position based at Western’s Bankstown City Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.
