Reformer Pilates Instructor / Personal Trainer About Us Savuti Health and Fitness, formerly QuickFit Delacombe, has recently rebranded as an independent, boutique gym located in the thriving Delacombe Town Centre on the outskirts of Ballarat. As a hybrid gym, we offer a full range of strength and resistance training equipment, weight training, functional training, reformer Pilates, yoga, recovery, wellness programs, and small group fitness. We cater to members who are serious about their training, fitness, and overall health, providing a dedicated and supportive environment to help them achieve their goals. With our rebrand and the launch of our newly added mezzanine Pilates studio, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. If you are also a qualified Personal Trainer , there is an opportunity to incorporate personal training into the role. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor Recognised Reformer Pilates certification Minimum Cert III & Cert IV in Fitness (required if offering Personal Training or group fitness outside of Pilates) Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail Strong administration and customer service skills Key Responsibilities Lead Reformer Pilates classes (Optional) Conduct Personal Training sessions and small group fitness classes Welcome and onboard new members to the gym Design and implement tailored fitness programs Maintain a safe and clean workout environment for members Assist with membership growth , including sales and customer service Opportunity to build a regular Pilates community Option to grow your own client base and PT business New member sign-up commission Ongoing training support to stay ahead in the industry 3 months of free rent while you establish your personal training client base Free gym membership If you're passionate about fitness, committed to helping members achieve their goals, and eager to be part of a growing and supportive community, we'd love to hear from you!
