As the Regional Business Leader for Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) in the Pacific region, you will be accountable for driving business growth and profitability within this region. You will develop strategic plans, guide sales engagements, and oversee internal processes to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. Key Responsibilities: Annual Operating Plan (both – creation and execution) – Orders/GM, Revenue/GP, Cash, OP, others Craft and execute strategic plans that drive growth and enhance profitability Sales engagement with the Regional Sales Leader(s) – for driving Orders/GM AOP Strategic Plan – participate and feed the regional information, VOC. Engagement with other Line of Business leaders for cross-LOB collaboration Key Experience & Capabilities: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Minimum of 10 years in strategy deployment, operations, business management, or sales Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting targets Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L effectively Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
