Regional Director | Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore Full-time Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today's children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. The Regional Director ’s role will manage, inspire, influence, and develop a high performing, skilled, and engaged team consisting of Regional Managers, Service Managers, Mobile Coordinators, across a portfolio of services. About the role Reporting to the State General Manager, you will lead Junior Adventures Group’s strategic and operating plan for a portfolio of services, and lead a team ensuring compliance and service excellence with a focus on service contract retention and growth. Your role will also include ensuring key positive relationships in these areas: direct management of key accounts team of direct reports including Regional Coordinator, Senior Coordinators, and Mobile Coordinators state and national government bodies (regulators) JAG Australia executive team JAG group finance Who are we looking for? We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have: operational and P&L leadership experience of a multi-site team experience leading and developing high performing teams demonstrated ability to build sustainable external and internal relationships degree qualified or at least 2 years appropriate experience What's in it for you?
