Essential Qualifications & Skills Experience: 20+ years in consulting within the built environment sector, with proven expertise in delivering successful hospital design projects. Skills: Strong business development acumen, exceptional leadership, and financial management capabilities. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical), with post-graduate or business qualifications (MBA) highly regarded. Professional Credentials: Chartered Professional Engineer and registration in relevant industry bodies. Personal Qualities: A client-focused mindset, ability to foster collaboration, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence. You will be a motivated self-starter who enjoys a high degree of autonomy in your work. Duties & Responsibilities As the Regional Director - WA, you will report to the ANZ CEO and will become part of the Senior Executive team enabling you to develop your career within a global engineering consultancy.Lead Strategy: Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with our ANZ goals. Drive Business Growth: Build relationships, secure new clients, and win key projects. Ensure Excellence: Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Mentor and Grow Teams: Inspire, develop, and expand our team, ensuring top-tier talent and high performance. Manage Operations: Handle profit and loss responsibilities, resource management, and day-to-day operations. In the immediate term, as the Project Director, you'll spearhead the delivery of a major hospital project while building a robust WA team for future projects and planned growth.
