About the opportunity We are seeking a passionate Regional Manager to lead the delivery of the Workforce Australia program across multiple sites in north-east Melbourne. This role is key to driving outstanding performance, ensuring that contract targets are met whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants. As a Regional Manager, you will: Lead and inspire multiple high-performance teams to deliver exceptional service in a challenging government contract. Offer consistent and constructive feedback to your teams to foster continuous performance improvement. Focus on producing meaningful, sustainable employment outcomes for our participants. Foster strong community partnerships to improve service delivery and the overall success of the program. Assume responsibility for the achievement of performance targets.
