The Role: An incredible opportunity has become available for an experienced, career-driven, & people-focused Regional Manager in Perth. Reporting to the State Manager, the successful candidate MUST BRING proven experience managing multiple sites in a customer-focused retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Visiting stores regularly in your region to review sales, KPIs, store standards and identifying opportunities, ensuring productive feedback is provided. Conduct weekly 1 on 1’s with all Store Managers, utilising digital for virtual store visits/floor walks for stores that aren’t visited in person. Give feedback, set team priorities, and create a positive atmosphere. Ensure efficient operation of your stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage. Oversee accurate implementation of national promotions, always maintaining high VM to brand guidelines. Build relationships across regions to share best practice in execution. Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers and retail teams that deliver outstanding results. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
