As a Regional Marketing Manager – Emergency Care (APAC), you’ll set the strategic direction for our Emergency Care portfolio, leading a dynamic team, and driving growth across the Asia-Pacific region. Market Leadership – Analyse industry trends, conduct competitive research, and drive portfolio strategy to stay ahead of the curve. Strengthen Customer & Sales Alignment – Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), sales teams, and customers to enhance market presence and product adoption. Manage Product Lifecycle – Oversee pricing, product positioning, and future portfolio expansion. Deliver Results – Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize growth opportunities. Who You Are Required Experience 5+ years of marketing management experience , with a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact. Bachelors degree in marketing, management, business or similar Preferred Experience & Skills Experience working across Asia Pacific or a global region , with an understanding of diverse market dynamics. A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse trends, identify opportunities, and drive long-term success. A collaborative leader who excels in cross-functional environments and stakeholder engagement. A talent developer , passionate about mentoring and empowering teams to excel.
