Job Description
Regional Operations Manager WA Take the reins of a $20 million division of this national business and steer it further into success in the Civil Construction & Environmental Services space. Use your strategic thinking prowess to further harness profitability across your region and ensure that your division's 30 headcount and direct reports are empowered to execute the plan. 250k+ STI bonus at 15% Planned growth and development opportunities Positive, engaging, and supportive environment You are a degree qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience post-grad. You will have worked across multi-discipline civil projects and preferably delivering resource construction projects in the Pilbara with extensive knowledge of the space. Positions at this level obviously rely on relevant skills and previous experience but success largely hinges on ‘fit’. Coming into a business at this level you must be on board with the vision and path that the company is heading toward.
