Coordinator Regional Programming Permanent, full-time, 76 hours per fortnight Band 6, $91,117 - $98,685 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation About us The Geelong Regional Library Corporation’s (GRLC) purpose is to provide a thriving public library service that boosts our communities’ health, prosperity, connectedness and belonging. About the role: Are you ready to write the next chapter in the world of public libraries? As our Coordinator Regional Programming, you'll be at the heart of our purpose to create a thriving service that boosts our communities’ health, prosperity, connectedness and belonging. In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our library programs and activities. You'll support the manager in setting the strategic direction for all our programming and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to align our efforts with our Library Plan priorities. Your focus on program value, customer experience and continuous improvement will help us deliver high-impact initiatives for the whole community. The key areas of responsibility include: Strategic Program Planning: Support the Manager to develop and implement programming strategies, frameworks and plans for GRLC, with a customer-first purpose-led approach, across all life stages. Partnerships and Promotion: Participate where required by the Manager, in strategically aligned networks including professional learning communities to collaborate, promote and share expertise and knowledge. Social Support and Service Improvement: Proactively support frontline library staff in understanding and responding to vulnerable members of the community and working with people who have multiple and complex needs.
