CJD Equipment are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Regional Sales / Branch Manager, where you will combine your passion for people leadership with your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive the growth of sales of Kenworth and DAF Trucks in the Hobart region. Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maximise business opportunities, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. With a customer-centric mindset, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with key customers while identifying new business opportunities. As Branch Manager, your hands-on approach will also involve overseeing all aspects of the Hobart branch, including Service, Parts and Sales. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring the overall success and growth of the branch. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership to all staff, creating a positive culture focused on being a successful business in all aspects: profitability, sustainability, trust, and teamwork. Drive positive business outcomes through sales and relationship management initiatives. Build and manage credible and productive internal and external working relationships. Be results-oriented and have the ability to achieve desired results in a professional manner and within agreed deadlines. Use your strong planning & analysis skills, combined with a high degree of business acumen to identify and grow business opportunities and deliver on agreed targets and budget. Requirements to be successful in this role: Skilled people leader with experience within the heavy vehicle industry. High-level relationship building skills with a strong customer focus and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in the transport industry would be beneficial.
