Austong International Pty Ltd trading as Daily Fresh Eggs Lang Lang, Victoria, Australia We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative (poultry farming products) responsible for selling a wide range of advanced poultry industry products, organizing and providing technical support and after-sales service nationwide. The successful candidate will be able to work competently and effectively, with specific responsibilities including: Prepare sales forecast and set up sales plans and strategies to achieve the target. Recommend advanced poultry products and equipment based on clients’ needs, provide quotations, and explain all the technical and sales inquiries. Develop and explore Australian markets, meet potential clients, and provide full product system specifications and quotations in detail. Undertake business negotiations, complete sales contracts, finalize the whole sales procedures including delivery and logistic service. Provide technical support, including confirming layout-designing according to clients’ needs, and training clients to use the equipment. Perform after-sales services, including follow-up surveys, resolving problems occurred, and troubleshooting. Keep all the sales records and prepare quarterly sales reports to senior manager. Requirements: Education background related to business or trade. At least 5 years sales representative working experience, or at least 2 years relevant working experience in selling poultry farming equipment and systems, including selling Free Range and Cage-free equipment and system products in Australia. Solid procurement experience in buying various poultry industry products from overseas, competent knowledge of the most advanced poultry industry products. Familiar with The Australian Animal Welfare Standards and Guidelines for Poultry, competent knowledge about Australian new ESA and RSPCA approved farming scheme. Solid client base nationwide across Australia. Proven sales records for selling Free Range and Cage-free equipment and system products in Australia.
