We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Regional Sales Representative to help launch an exciting new wine brand and drive its success in the market. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in introducing our brand to the world, forming valuable partnerships, and creating memorable experiences for customers across the region. Additionally, you will work with driving sales for Mollydooker Wines, an established premium wine brand known for its local and global success. As a key player in our team, you'll be working with a high-energy and motivated group. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves meeting new people, and has a deep knowledge of the wine industry. What You’ll Do Drive Sales: Take ownership of sales and manage the distribution of our wine brands within the assigned region, ensuring our wines are readily available to our existing and new trade partners. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, and key decision-makers. Host Memorable Events: Prepare, attend, and host wine dinners, tastings, and training sessions that leave a lasting impression on customers and trade partners. Achieve Sales Targets: Manage stock allocations and drive the achievement of sales targets, all while maximizing profitability and market share. Expand Our Reach: Actively prospect and secure new trade customers, contributing to the growth of our brand. Collaborate & Learn: Partner with our Australian Sales Manager and logistics team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of product sales experience, ideally within the alcoholic beverage industry. Proven experience in sales promotion and hosting successful events. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to connect with people and close deals. Strong negotiation and organizational skills – you’ll work independently but also thrive as part of a team. A Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Special Conditions Travel: This role requires business travel within your region, including visits to key markets and trade partners. Work Flexibility: This is a hybrid position, allowing you to manage your schedule to flex working from home and requirement to be in trade. Attendance at the Winery: You’ll attend the winery in McLaren Vale at least once a week to stay connected with the team and brand.
