Regional State Service & Sales Manager Victoria Account & Relationship Management (Sales and Service) Location: Melbourne Air Brake Systems are a leading supplier of Truck, Bus, Commercial Trailer and Heavy Equipment braking systems. We are looking for an industry professional with good experience at an OE Truck/Bus and Trailer level as well as good industry knowledge and the ability to support trailer builders, fleet customers, and the spare parts aftermarket. Ideally, you are currently working within the Heavy Vehicle Industry and will have a good understanding of commercial vehicle mechanical solutions, especially in the area of heavy vehicle braking systems. Knowledge of pneumatic and electronic systems will be a valuable asset. Experience and good knowledge of using EBS Diagnostic software, particularly on EBS equipped trailers, would be an advantage. Existing strong relationships with key industry decision-makers and a heavy vehicle mechanical qualification will be an advantage. You will be the pivotal force in supporting and maintaining our already strong customer base in Melbourne and Regional Victoria, reporting directly to the General Manager. Key objectives will be to foster new growth opportunities, manage key customer relationships, provide service and technical support, including trailer Electronic Braking Diagnosis and training to a wide customer base. To be successful, you will need to be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and be qualified in this field with suitable trade qualifications and industry experience. Training will be provided where required. Attractive Salary Package Commensurate with Industry Experience.
