A job to be proud of: We are currently seeking a Regional Training and Development Coordinator to join our Goldfields team on a Full Time , permanent basis. Working Monday to Friday, you will communicate, coordinate and network between volunteer sub-centres, the local office and Clinical Education (CE) for the development and enhancement of St John Ambulance training across the region. What you’ll be doing: Working closely with Community Paramedics, Sub-centres and Regional Management to coordinate the delivery of training Ensuring that the workforce and volunteers in the region are provided with the training required for them to continue their service to the community Promote and support the consistent and accurate use of approved training packages/programs Undertake relevant projects as assigned to support the goals and objectives of the SJWA Clinical Education department Manage, support and coordinate Regional Training Facilitators Facilitate the volunteer ambulance officer trainer accreditation and qualifications as required in liaison with Clinical Education Collect and maintain accurate information across St John WA systems and databases Participate in continuous improvement processes at St John WA What you’ll need: Demonstrated experience in the training and development of people Previous exposure to a vocational education or training environment Proficiency in MS Office Suites – Intermediate to Advanced Ability to work autonomously and effective time-management and planning skills Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – Highly Desirable What’s in it for you?
