Full time and permanent part time positions available. Join our experienced team and be supported by our Clinical Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Specialists. This opportunity will allow you to continue to grow your skills and expand your knowledge whilst growing your career within the largest private perioperative department in the region. Current AHPRA Registration Minimum 2 years perioperative experience Recent work experience in the role of Anaesthetic Nurse and or PACU Nurse Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Demonstrate a customer focused mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team displaying a ‘can do’ attitude Proven commitment to professional development and quality improvement Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination status Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing Ability to work between the Anaesthetic Nurse assistant and PACU Nurse roles Who we are Centrally located between the shops and cafes of The Junction, and the rolling waves of Merewether Beach, Lingard is Newcastle’s largest private hospital and offers the community access to the best surgical care in the region.
