CIW Primary Purpose of Job: As a Registered Children’s Home Manager with a Level 5 qualification, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of two young people’s homes. You will ensure that the houses provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people. CIW Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management Regulatory Compliance Safeguarding and Well-being Care Planning Support progressing our Young People and Teams CIW Qualifications and Skills: Hold a Level 5 or above NVQ in Health and Social Care and can prove or working towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management of Adults and/or Children.
