We currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse - After Hours Supervisor based at our Ascot Waters Home. About the Role The position will be full time and will work Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning shifts. Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon shifts. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will be working with a team of Health Care professionals, residents and their families to deliver high quality clinical and personal care and lifestyle support services to clients of CraigCare. As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will support the Home by ensuring clinical care needs are managed and communicated in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, providing exceptional organisational skills with your demonstrated ability in understanding roster and management of staff will be key to your success in this role. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in leading a team of Nurses and Carers – ideally minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders both verbally and in writing Possess a compassionate, caring and supportive nature; committed to achieving optimal outcomes for our residents, families and organisation Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively Detailed working knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act and Quality of Care Principles Experience with individuals living with Dementia (Highly Desirable) Essential Requirements: Current APHRA Registration Current NDIS check clearance Proof of Work rights in Australia Culture and Benefits Learning & development .
