Employment Type : Permanent Part Time; 32 hours per weekPosition Classification : Registered NurseRemuneration : $36.38 - $51.08 per hour + Annual Leave Loading + 11.5% SuperannuationLocation : Croydon Health CentreRequisition ID : REQ553192About the Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of person centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. You will be expected to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ideal Candidate Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and qualifications in Child and Family Health Nursing or currently enrolled in a Child and Family Health accredited course.If you are working towards Child Family Health Nursing Certificate, you are required to complete the qualification within two years. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team. A current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 licence is acceptable).
