Join Our ICU Team at Prince of Wales Private Hospital Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our ICU team on a variety of Full-time, Part-time, and Casual basis. To be successful, you will have significant experience in an acute ICU setting with a high standard of clinical care. As a Registered Nurse – Critical Care/ICU, your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs Act as a role model for Safe Practice Supervise, direct and support nursing team members Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care Minimum Requirements: Current / Valid Authority to Work in Australia Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA At least 3 years’ experience as Registered Nurse in an acute ICU, HDU or CCU settings Post Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (or working towards) is highly desirable Proven Clinical experience in an ICU environment Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement Compliance with ACQSHC National standards Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused Applications close: 11th February 2025 To Apply: Please click on the 'Apply' button to be taken to our online application form. If successful, your pay will be based on EBA - Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF — NSW Nurses’ & Midwives’ Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 with an hourly rate ranging between $35.46 - $49.79 per hour.
