Churches of Christ, Crows Nest Aged Care Registered Nurses Full Time and Part Time Opportunities Based in regional Queensland, Crows Nest. The Salary range for this position is currently $38.97 to $47.76 per hour. Hourly rate is based on experience. Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding career in a serene rural setting? Lastly, Churches of Christ are offering a generous Sign on and Retention Cash bonus of up to $8,000 . You will be eligible for the following cash bonuses : $1000 on sign on – paid after third fortnight $1500 after 6 months $2500 after 12 months $3000 after 24 months. For part-time employees, this amount will be paid on a pro-rata basis based on the ordinary hours of work during the period. Why Crows Nest? About You You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in aged care. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring quality care is delivered with empathy and respect. Key Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care, including administering medications. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor care plans. Monitor resident health and make appropriate referrals. Educate residents and families on health conditions. Support and guide care workers in their roles. Flexible to work morning, afternoon, and some night shifts.
