The Salary range for this position is currently $38.97 to $47.76 per hour. Hourly rate is based on experience. About You You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in aged care. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring quality care is delivered with empathy and respect. Key Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care, including administering medications. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor care plans. Monitor resident health and make appropriate referrals. Educate residents and families on health conditions. Support and guide care workers in their roles. Flexible to work morning, afternoon, and some night shifts.
