The Role We are looking for experienced In Home Registered Nurse or Community Nurse to work in the Eastern region. This is a casual role working with the In Home Nursing Services team. In this role, you will be: Undertaking nursing duties for the client to maximise the client’s wellbeing and healthcare at home Monitoring and advising of risks in and around the client's environment Providing baseline assessment information, ongoing care recommendations and/or appropriate interventions Ensuring the continuity of client care by liaising with hospitals, other community services, doctors and allied health professionals Co-ordinating a written nursing care plan for clients and assisting with the implementation of this plan Observing and promptly reporting any changes in a client’s behaviour or health/wellbeing About you To be successful in this role you will need: A Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration 2-3 years experience in Hospital in the Home, Emergency, Critical Care, Acute Care, Aged Care and/or Community Nursing Self-driven with excellent client/patient management and clinical skills Customer service focused, with the ability to provide client and family education and support Friendly, positive, and able to build relationships that make a difference A champion of integrity and respect Fully licenced to drive in Victoria with a reliable fully insured vehicle Why Benetas?
