About the Role Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience and current AHPRA registration, seeking a role that offers opportunities for growth and development? We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our Glynde site in a permanent part-time capacity (weekday morning shifts), providing exceptional care and support to residents within our Memory Support Unit. Your passion for the enhancement of our residents’ quality of life will enable you to deliver respectful and professional care as you guide and lead the care team to provide services that are safe and effective and tailored to meet each resident’s needs, goals, and preferences. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth, allowing you to collaborate with our team to ensure continuity of care and a positive work experience. About You As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred nursing care to residents living with dementia, including providing support to their families. This role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in clinical leadership. Previous experience in a similar setting and a postgraduate qualification in Dementia or Behaviour Management will be highly regarded. If you have a proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a team, as well as operate independently, we want to hear from you.
