We are looking for a Registered Nurse to play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care and medical oversight for our residents. From the moment a client arrives, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and recovery . The Day-to-Day As a Registered Nurse at Palladium Private , you will: Be the first point of medical care —supporting clients through admissions, assessments, and ongoing treatment. Monitor and oversee health treatment plans, medication management, and risk escalation. Work alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team , collaborating to provide exceptional care. Be a pillar of support —helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and empowered in their recovery journey. Experience in mental health, AOD nursing, or similar fields . Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly . The ability to assess, identify, and respond to clinical risks . A calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach in a dynamic environment. CPR certification and a current driver’s license.
