Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered Nurse (Nights) to join our dedicated team at Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough, DN21. If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.Registered Nurse (Nights) Position Details Hours: 3 Nights per week Shift Times: 19:45-08:00. We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays Location: Park Springs Road, Gainsborough, DN21 Benefits Reimbursement of annual NMC Pin payment – subject to no restrictions placed Paid breaks Annual Monarch Healthcare Awards and dinner Contributory pension Referral bonus scheme We cover the cost of your DBS Check £500 golden handshake after 6 months continual service Supportive team On-site parking Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse at Monarch Healthcare, your days will be varied and will include:The formulation of person-centred care plans – Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and Company policies. Administration of medication – Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines. Monitoring of resident well-being – Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP and Professional visits where necessary. Supervision of the care team when acting as the nurse in charge, ensuring a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant Staff Members at the end of each shift.
