This position qualifies for incentives under the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme , including up to $10,000 sign on incentive, and up to $10,000 each year (incentive value dependent on full-time equivalent, position and location). Providing safe, compassionate, person-centred care through the assessment, risk assessment, care-planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary team to achieve safe quality care outcomes. Effectively planning safe transfer of care plans in collaboration with the consumer, their family or carers, the multidisciplinary team, community mental health team (CMHT), non-government providers, and other agencies. A commitment to providing contemporary and innovative approaches to care. Recognising consumers with mental health issues as experts in their own journey and striving to provide an optimistic and positive approach to care with a focus on collaborative decision making and care planning.
