Registered Nurse - Re-location opportunity - Sunrise Beach QLD Registered Nurse | BlueCare | Sunrise Beach Residential Aged Care Facility in Queensland Employment Term : Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities Location: Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility in Queensland Remuneration: $41.66 - $53.56 p/hr (based on experience) permanent base rate + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 + Penalties & Allowances Incentives: $2,000 Sign-on bonus payable at 3 months of continuous employment Retention bonuses of up to $5,000 ($2,500 payable at 6 & 12 months of continuous employment) Re-location assistance of up to $5,000 , for candidates re-locating from interstate PLEASE NOTE: incentives above are applicable for permanent appointments only. Your part in our BlueCare team As a Registered Nurse , you will provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improve their quality of life through activities that include: Assessing, planning, and implementing client care within your scope Considering physical, social, and psychological requirements Creating and updating care plans to reflect developing needs Ensuring clinical quality compliance standards are met Working collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
