Along with being responsible for supervising and directing resident care, you will also be involved in the overall supervision of the facility in the absence of the Facility Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator! This role as the Registered Nurse will see you: Coordinate client care needs, including assessment, case management, and developing individualized Care Plans. Provide complex clinical care including but not limited to wound dressing, administration of medications, condition assessments, and referrals. Recognise changing needs of residents and liaise with residents, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary teams regarding their care delivery and goals of care. Perform specialised clinical nursing tasks within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse. Supervise and lead care staff and Enrolled Nurses as part of a wider team. About you: Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification. Hold a current AHPRA registration. Possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
