Registered Nurse- Surgical Ward / Rehab Ward We are currently seeking part-time and casual Registered Nurses and/or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to work in our Hospital Wards. St Luke's Private Hospital is a boutique facility that consists of a day surgery unit, rehabilitation unit, two medical/surgical wards and four operating theatres. St Luke's Care's major specialties include hand surgery, ENT, orthopaedics, plastics, gynaecology, paediatrics, and general surgery. You will be responsible for: Demonstrated commitment to ensuring that clinical practice within the department is in accordance with ACORN standards. Delivering a high standard of patient care. Ability to clinically manage one’s self and others as required. Demonstrated knowledge of NSQHS standards and quality improvement principles. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage special projects efficiently. Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills. Advanced written and verbal skills.
