Pulse Staffing have partnered with a globally recognized provider who ensure high standards of care are delivered to their clients across the globe. As the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for global triage, working in conjunction with the telehealth centre located in Paris. You will be required to speak French and English. You will be involved in case management and triage of clients who are currently travelling and act as a medical escort whilst dealing with acute and chronic medical conditions. About the role: Telephone triage of patients to determine relevant care and medical treatment, with some escalation to the telehealth Doctors and specialists. Act as a medical escort for the patient - being telehealth consult to triage and potential medical treatment at a designated healthcare facility. Liaise with medical professionals to obtain medical information regarding the patients treatment and coordinate additional healthcare if required. Liaise with medical departments if required regarding treatment and outcomes. Inbound call centre environment from French speaking clients. About you: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, you will have AHPRA registration. Fluent in French and English languages. Previous experience working across either ICU, Emergency, or strong General Medical and Surgical caseloads. Be committed to a rotational roster - 7 shifts per fortnight - 7am - 7pm or 8am - 8pm. Be committed to 8 weeks of training located in Sydney CBD - hours are 8am - 4:30pm. Be available for potential training in Paris call centre for approximately one month. Ideally you will be located in Sydney, however Registered Nurses located in other Australian states will be considered, with relocation assistance offered including one month accommodation in a serviced apartment.
