Our platform has been designed to harness the latest technological advances and tools to improve access to such crucial health services for older Australians living in regional, rural and remote communities.With diagnostic tools offering live data to clinicians, this role enables you to provide professional care advice from anywhere, at any time. Our Clinicians and Allied Health professionals work on rotating rosters to support a 24/7 service model. Due to the demand of iAgeHealth, our team is expanding and we are welcoming new professionals to be a part of the solution elderly residents need in our rural communities.About The Role Working across a virtual clinic setting, you will have the ability to think outside the square, high level clinical and coaching skills, fantastic people skills and glass half-full attitude. Wherever you reside in Australia, you can confidently utilise your clinical expertise and support older people to obtain the best healthcare, while staying comfortably in their community. With casual positions currently available, coupled with the flexibly of this work from home position, means you are truly able to choose the hours that match your lifestyle.About You Essential Skills Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse High level analytical, written and verbal skills with ability to write clear and succinct personalised treatment plans Minimum 3 years clinical experience, preferably within the aged care or community setting Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly aged-related health issues Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people Commitment to working as part of the multidisciplinary team Demonstrated initiative and ability to work without supervision Great organisational and time management skills, including the ability to establish priorities Demonstrated ability to seek out and effectively utilise new knowledge as it relates to nursing practices eg.
