Casual Registered Nurse – Aged Care | Fairfield NSW Job Description Be Found Care is looking for Casual Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional clinical care to elderly residents in Fairfield NSW . Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents’ health status , identify changes, and respond appropriately. Supervise and support AINs and other care staff to ensure best practices. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation . Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals . Ensure compliance with aged care standards, ACFI, policies, and procedures . Requirements: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum 6 months of experience in aged care, hospital, or community nursing . Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and leadership abilities . Understanding of aged care standards, compliance, and best practices . Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded): Experience in palliative care, dementia care, or wound management . Familiarity with electronic care documentation and medication systems .
